So sad    ACTIVIST_SPEAKS           ( Date: 31-Jul-2016 09:24) Posted:    It is unfair to paint shareholders as stupid and gullible.  The fault  must be  with the management who put up a false front, claiming they clinched contracts after contracts.  At the first sight of trouble, they quit and liquidate the company, which begs the question whether all these contracts were genuine in the first place.  Do not forget they claim to have 1.2 billion contracts in hand and claim that they are bidding for another 3.4 billion more just a few months ago.  Prices of oil actually improved after that.......The CEO paid themselves millions but has a equity stake of only 166,000 shares.  No wonder it is so easy a decision to just close down the whole company.   Goldfinger      ( Date: 31-Jul-2016 13:54) Posted: My heart aches when I hear of such a story. What happens if the business suffers a loss? To enter a business is subjecting youself to risks. We all know that. That' s why shareholders will be the last to get any money if there are any left.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Since Oct 2013 pennies crash, a lot of retailer funds were lost which lead to a quieter CNY in 2014 and beyond. Then came Noble and others. Today we have Swiber and more  rude shock  ahead of us.  Definitely CNY 2017 and beyond  will be even quieter.
