Now greentech is trading at HK $6.69 with DBS research of TP HK $8.80 Very high change that China Everbright list in HK will be well above the mid range of the indicative range of HK $2.99 to HK $4.35 that is well above HK 3.67 I remain vest and will buy more in the morning. So base on current price of S$0.49 , there is potential up of of S$0.147 which is 30% upside. I find it hard for it to be above HK price, let alone S$ 1.00. But I like your optimism, I wish it to be that price too! Reason for the discount is that as long we are not the primary market, those who buy here and want to transfer there. Process takes 2 months. By then price move or the party is over. i wont deny i think the HK players are here to churn volume and price, but there is a limit to how much they want to push up. They have to maintain a certain price for the Global Offering too.

More savvy HK BBs will come to mop up whatever remains here, if there is opportunity for them to cross border trade with say a 7-10% arbitrage gain. With winning so many major projects, this SOE linked kongsi likely to fly high in SEHK, where it seems shorting has not been made legal. But that is just my humble 1 cent    I am sure there are other experts in this Forum with their opinions.
