x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Agree...I am not a lawyer or accountant...so will need to let them (lawyers and accountants) discuss it...as a layperson, I can think of different points of view...perhaps it simply the IJMs going through the steps to check everything and it will work out to be a netting off..but if they demand payment and refuse to net off then it likely be detrimental to Vallianz...but if it forces Vallianz under then IJM demands may yield them zero as Vallianz cannot pay accounts payable and if goes belly up then investment in Vallianz by Swiber falls to zero so IJMs get zero there..my logical side things it not in the interests of IJMs to send Vallianz to the wall as Swiber get zero but if Vallianz running IJMs can sell off investment and get something...but my cynical side says IJMs just going for the throat and ignore the collateral to Vallianz even if Swiber' s investment in it goes to zero...sadly, for foreseeable future all I see is uncertainty clouding Vallianz so share price going to be really clipped...but that just a guess so like hear other views... zandlery      ( Date: 31-Aug-2016 19:34) Posted: Now I guess depend who have the legal rights and in what formed.....let the card play out by itself then..........
