x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Maybank Kim Eng hinting that increases in target prices coming, maybe on Monday. Maybank KE Retail Research AEM Holdings has bagged sales orders worth $255m for delivery in FY19. Accordingly, management has revised up its FY19 revenue guidance to $265m-280m from $225m-250m previously. This is 12-19% higher than Maybank KE' s FY19e revenue forecast of $236m. FY19 is shaping up to be a growth year for the semi-equipment maker, in contrast to earlier expectation of a softer year due to the maturity of a key customer' s (widely believed to be Intel) HDMT test handlers. As such, there could be upgrades to the street' s FY19 earning forecasts given that the market is projecting a decline in AEM' s net profit this year. Separately, key customer Intel has delivered better-than-expected earnings and revenue as growth in data and computer intensive applications are driving customer demand for higher performance products in both its PC-centric and data-centric businesses. As a result, the chip maker has also adjusted FY19 forecast to reflect its stronger 2Q results. AEM is trading at 11.2x FY19e P/E, above its historical mean of 8x. That said, Maybank KE has a Buy on the stock with TP of $1.40. The street has 2 Buys with an average TP of $1.32.
