x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I don' t have any Erza share. From Erza right issue and bond notice. I have the following impression 1. Right issue fund raising target S$200 million by issuing 2 billions new share. i.e. if new share price more than 10cents, company will receive 200 millions. 2. Price S$0.267 as shown in example. Inside notice " ANNOUNCEMENT &ndash (I) PROPOSED RENOUNCEABLE UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE TO ENTITLED  SHAREHOLDERS AND (II) PROPOSED ISSUE OF CONVERTIBLE BONDS" in page 7 " For illustrative purposes only, assuming that the last closing price of the Shares on the SGX-ST on  the Price Fixing Date is S$0.267, the indicative Conversion Price will be S$0.305 (the &ldquo Indicative  Conversion Price&rdquo ). Based on the Indicative Conversion Price and the principal amount of S$200  million of the Convertible Bonds, the number of Shares to be allotted and issued by the Company  pursuant to the full conversion of the Convertible Bonds (&ldquo Conversion Shares&rdquo ) is 655,737,700  (rounded to the nearest 100 Shares) (the &ldquo Indicative Conversion Shares&rdquo ). " 3. I can' t understand why major shareholder will allow this right issue. It will seriously affect the share price and so does to his wealth. Ezra can issue more bond instead ? BTW Ezra don' t pay out dividend. They shall hold health amount of cash. Why take such a risk now ? Above are my impression. I can be totally wrong. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Quite hard to go long at this point. Say you buy at 34 cents now, you will have to keep at least 20 cents for the rights. Remember, this 20 cents have to be paid in cash. Traders usually leverage on their capital. In a bull market, the opposite will happen becos BBs will use the uncertainties to play up the stock.. but in a weak market, uncertainties will have the opposite effect. Better ask the management to fix the price of the rights issue asap...
