Previously was 200 rights shares for 100 shares.

Now 125 rights shares for 100 shares.

At an indicative rights price of $0.16 based on the announcements' last traded price of $0.267.

The company is   making the painful decision right now for the good for the future. They did not have a choice really, but I think it puts the company in better financial health.

I do not think there will be a fast recovery, and this is pretty much a operated stock.. I think it' s hard to call a bottom, but I think it' s okay to start buying on dips and hold onto it.

I' m also using my cpf for this, chances of beating the cpf rates in 5 yrs is very high.. Every counter has it' s good and bad periods, this counter is going thru a bad period now but does it make it a bad company?

So why want to buy now?   Buy near to entitlement.   Subscribe to more shares if prediction of 17-20 cents is true.

Or sell half of what you have and wait for rights, will be good and safe.

So either 13 cents or 17 cents, which if subscribed will still be either 52 divided by 3 or 68 divided by 3.

So the X right prices will give you an average of 17.33 cents or 22.66 cents.   If we take an average again, the traded price at X-date will be 19.99 cents.

So 20 cents is quite correct, lol.
