their CPI (Consumer Price Index) tonight. The CPI is expected to be on the high side(that means inflation will be high) and this will likely 

 

force FED to taper their bond buying or increase interest rate. 

 

The selling is from retailers   because they need money to cover their losses at other counters

 

Inflation is actually very good for gold but people are also worried about the increase in interest rates and tapering.

 

That is why gold is trading within a tight range in the short term. 

 

FED is also in a dilemma because the economy which is very weak cannot tahan an increase in interest rate.   

 

In fact, the one most affected is the government  as they will have to pay more in interest for their 28 Trillions debt.

 

As for SY, I don' t think their result will be that bad considering that they had already made a gross profit of $3.5 million in the 

 

first 9 months despite spending millions on the new gold site.

 

I don' t see the last 3 months(4Q -Final year) will be that bad as to affect the final year result.
