QTV - Trending in Year 2017 Post Reply Rate topic

Selling of shares by QTV CEO at around 30 cents ii. Selling of shares by QTV CEO at around 7.6 cents iii. Payment of loans via shares iv. Issue of new shares The above seems perfectly normal for a company but with a falling share price and at current share price of 3.4 cents, how much do you think are their patents, potential of M&A, ability to create a new arena when compete with the big boys? No one know but one thing is for sure, their future looks bleak now. Just my personal view...

Can they survive as a company without future conversions to GEM? You have all the rights to question the mgmt and have the BoD all be kicked out becos they failed in their role.   Unfortunately you have not legal case against all these becos, all played very well within the laws and listing rules and never break anyone of they.
