Exactly 50% drop in stock price value since last halt lifted and now. Seemingly Co is aware it is at a critical crossroad,now in hand shld have Plan A and Plan B. Plan B cld be the ultimatium if Plan A does not work. |

if want to buy over, just wait for the banks to repossess the assets and sell the vessels cheap. just one JV alone the japanese already wrote down over $600m. |

If I want to buy over the company, what would I do in this scenarios........squeezed the debtors to restureture the debt, aka, cut interest rate or cut redeemtion price......then I rescue(by pumping money in)......if no deal...... I can always wait for the asset auction after it close shop........IMHO...DYODD....... that will explain the bank shares gapping down........ |

Maybe an M& A or takeover by another party?..........that would be one good out come. And seems like this scenario is getting more and more possible as they slowly exhaust all other options....IMHO. |
