Longer term it is still looks promising & strong. 😅 2) Need to find out if the investors are only that few parties or many parties. It will be good if varies strong investors. 3) America & Europe markets closed at green on Friday. Hope will push up and up up... It was a disappointed opening at lower on Friday after lifted up from the halt. Normal counter after halt will jump +10 to 20% one... Volume does not lie.  The placement price is already acting like a barrier to prevent the price to drop beyond 38, diff from last time as this time round the placement comes after the announcement of new business cooperation (not business directions ah take note) with a Chinese company into fintech.  The NAV does not really matter right now just like Rex. Investors are expecting a upgrade in NAV over the 1-2 quarters as a recovery in the business is expected. One perfect example is SingTel, business is very bad and yet the P/B ratio is so high (More than 1.8), reason being is the dividend. Whether it can be maintained or not is another matter, and we know the answer to it. It can' t be maintained. The working capital raised from placement of shares can tell us a lot of things when they announce what is the working capital used for : Good signs  Repay Loans to bank  Invest more into new cooperations  Reasonable business expenses  Share buybacks  Developing new technologies  Putting into Fixed deposits in bank (Shows that they have business that' s why they need to put fixed deposits in banks so that the bank will act as a guarantee for them in business dealings, can find out more online) Bad signs  Repay Loans to directors  Increase directors or employees pay  Unreasonable business expenses such as (More working capital required without reasonable explanations) Keeping in the bank for a Long time (Shows a company without clear directions)  Of course there are many more, these just serves as examples of what good or bad signs regarding to how the use the working capital. Usually this will show how competent the management is. Tritech short term maybe a little volatile here and there but over the Long term, it is a bull.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Monday will be very critical.  If the price gets below 38, must brace for a sell off. However if it manages to be afloat, above 38 and most importantly 40 then can continue accumulating or hold.  Tritech bull looks quite strong right now, comparable to YZJ Rex. (Not fundamentals wise but the trend)  Monday let' s see if the trend will get broken or close tinted further. It is in my believe that it will get continued further.  Market sentiments is also very important so if it stays stagnant at 38, then it may go both ways, up or down.
