Alot of FOMO feeling going on at that time.  So i land myself in so many counters. Not advisable to be like me. Trade with care and Not be too greedy.  Fortunately i have quite abit of holding power. And Fortunately my quantities per hold is not big. SIA i would not touch, although i nearly bought it as well. But for now, i would not. For other airlines, also same. I think OCBC is okay, but if DBS drop again , i will grab.  For REIT, i heard from a Guru that it is better to buy those with Big and Strong Sponsor, like Maple3, Capitaland, etc SQueeze      ( Date: 17-Jul-2020 06:50) Posted: Wah, you have a range there. I am not a stock Guru like some other people here. But in my opinion, good dividend would be banks and REIT. I personally own DBS, OCBC, UOB, as well as HKEX Hang Seng Bang, HSBC, and BOC HK. I think they would bounce back. Dividends are good too (HSCS might stop dividend this year though but it is okay). Personally, for REITS - i am holding some very good ones, AIMS APAC , CMT , CCT, Lendlease, SPHREIT, IREIT Global , Cromwell, Mapletree NACT. I also hold ASCOTT (which i think for now Hospitality might not be doing good, so you may want to think twice). As for the HKEX, i am holding LINK REIT, Sunlight REIT and Prosperity REIT, which i think all are very good. As for ETF, i am holding STI ETF , NIKKO AM SREIT as well as VOO and Vanguard Total China, Tracker HK fund.  Which i think is good too . Other dividend stock i am holding, which i think currently is not Doing so well. Such as SATS (This year no more dividend), Comfort Delgro, SBS, but i will HOLD and wait.... I am also Holding Vicom, which is also quite stagnant. I also have SEMPCORP ,desperately waiting for their Demerger hahahah. oh ya and TWO MORE which i am holding that I really like. CSE Global and Netlink Trust --> This two I will definitely Hold as i think they are going to be some Multibagger in months to come.
