x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	as heard from the forum here, what is it that makes the company ezra declare rights but not a price set to the rights issue? meaning something like the company asking money from shareholders but does not state the amount of money required from shareholders. i don' t think anyone, you, me want to sign a blank cheque for a company. you buy $1 now, then another moment, the company says that ezra needs some $$$ and your $1 becomes ~$0x.x due to company rights issue and the amount is $0x.x is because there are no price declared yet. it' s too uncertain and that' s probably really bad for a listed company, to cast uncertatinty to it' s shareholders when the purpose of listing is to attract public funding to grow the company. for this case, it probably have a reverse effect, causing the company to have a drop in value with all these uncertainty and news swimming around ezra.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Many bearish views out there for Ezra and the impending rights issue but am sticking to my several Buy calls at the historical low of 0.275, 0.28 onwards. I had taken profit for my cash orders n am still siting tight for my LT holdings bought using CPF. Rights issue is definitely positive for Ezra on a medium term basis and I will take up the rights in full and wait out for a big fat profit. You all must be aware of the oil price situation if it stays at these levels for longer duration this counter could face bigger challanges as their exposure to deep water is very high and their cash situation is not good and they cannot pay back earlier bonds (please look in to their cash flow). Rights issues  means dilution and that has an effect to lower prices and in the long run likely to get back but if the O& G market stays soft then you will loose more. It might be dangerous to get excited with some stray orders where they might not be making any money and have taken it just to meet the running costs.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I find it funny that some folks here think that ezra is an under valued gem and will even chiong after rights issue. Guys, this is a 2 for 1 rights issue. That means the share issued will be diluted 3 times. 3 TIMES! All earnings will also be diluted 3 TIMES! Do the math. It' s not rocket science. And remember this fund raising exercise will also involve issuance of convertible bonds. So you could face a situation where more bonds are converted into shares, further diluting the shares issued, and hence the EPS. There are barriers and more barriers set up to depress the future stock price movements.

(AMS) has withdrawn the court proceedings against the group in the Singapore High Court. Further, AMS has agreed to release and discharge Ezion from all claims that had been alleged in the Suit. AMS has informed the group that there has been a change in its management and that it intends to cooperate and work closely with Ezion to support the opera onal requirements of a common client in the North Sea for three of its Service Rigs. The group reiterates its posi on that the claims by AMS in the Suit are frivolous and without merit. We see the latest developments as posi ve for Ezion along with the change in management of AMS moving forward. Maintain Buy.

It will take a massive volume under super prolonged period under $0.20 to skew the average to below $0.20. Ezra has long been well over this mtp. Your point is unimaginable and malicious.
