( a very strong point in a high interest environment). Cash is even than their net assets.     (+)  US$47.5m cash balance translates to S$0.08 cash per share. In other words, shareholders are only paying S$0.14 to buy RHP non-cash assets and oil reserves...  3) Hidden $5m p.a. profit upside in 20 months       (+)    The right-to-use assets currently are being charged to P& L at $5m per annum as costs. The charge will finish in about 20 months. This $5m " guaranteed" profit improvement will have a significant impact on their profit position in the future. 4) Q4 commencement of a new well drilling as part of the new PSCs. Reserves already there. No need to incur debt to buy...

This reminds me that RHP produces a significant amount of gas as well and with gas prices going up, bodes well for RHP.
