Question then is why Keppel management accepted it is not important now but did not impair it in past reviews? 4. Why refuse to disclose the goodwill component in the carved out $300m? We do not want repeat of item 3.

Look at the past gaps over 2-3 yrs between the 2 stocks and you will know why. Fundamentally nothing much has changed for both stocks, making one much better than the other over past few months.
