x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Bro, you just opened up another can of worms in this Vallianz.  That US70million available-fro-sale-investment under the non-current asset you mentioned, if you read the note 12 in Annual Report 2015, you will realised these are convertible bond held by Vallianz are from Swiber.  I don' t think Swiber can redemp these bond now so Vallianz can write off these US70mil.  If they don' t do this in Q3, come FY audit, Auditor surely wil have them do it but I will surely be more certain aobut the integrity of this Swiber sprung-off Vallianz mgmt team. I don' t expect Vallianz to drop to 1cts by end Sept except due to exceptionally event which cannot be foretold now.  But at least I can guess, Q3 results with impairment, not revenue from Swiber to dress up earning statement plus insufficient cash to redempt note are likely event arpund mid-Nov.
