Further to the earlier announcements, the Company wishes to update that it has come to the Company& rsquo s attention that the Federal Justice Court of Curitiba accepted the complaint offered by the Federal Public Ministry (& ldquo MPF& rdquo ) in Paraná against Mr Guilherme Esteves de Jesus (& ldquo GDJ& rdquo ) for money laundering and the ex-employee Mr Martin Cheah Kok Choon (& ldquo Martin Cheah& rdquo ) for money laundering and corruption in connection with certain drilling rig construction contracts entered into by subsidiaries of the Company with Sete Brasil in 2012. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Then SCI price would have collapsed yesterday. Temasek would also not allow this as it would be negative for SCI which is already losing $$ from SCM. Unless it is a strategic move for SCI to temporarily buy over / privatise SMC before making a better deal with Keppel Corp to merge SCM with their Keppel Offshore & Marine. If they wanted to offer $2 for Semb Marine , they would have done it last year
