Need a lot of capital on top of the 4.5billion investment. Need to raise fund I think either right issue or perpetual bond..... Short term not so good but more for long term. I will stay away until dusk is settled down.

It needs to spend for expansion and this comes timely manner for GS to carry out the projects expansion. Therefore, likely it will not issue right to protect investors  & its own interest. I believed it has the resources for planning of expansion.
