x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I feel that sembmarine more likely to be delisted by temasek The delay in announcement could be that the trading halt was a last minute decision as sembmarine has started to rise on Thur 4 pm onwards ... perhaps due to good news being leaked Hence they have to halt earlier to stop this ... Just my speculation :)

Currently their NAV is around $3.4, not sure if it include or exclude NAV, we can estimate the NAV of SCI post divestment of SMM and then apply 20% valuation discount in line with peers, that probably will be the target price to exit mid term

But TMK unlikely buy SCI as there is no need seen now...the most important is marine consolidation as SCI is strong in general. In both cases, SCI should benefit. As long as SCI doesnt privatize SM (unlikely), SCI will surge. SCI may not need to buy SM as it will make more difficult for a merger with KC later.
