Or on-going with different phases?   Singapore-listed International Healthway Corporation  said it plans to buy Healthway Medical Corporation Limited (HMC) in an all-shares deal worth S$231 million. HMC has an issued and fully paid capital of S$201.38 million, comprising 2,308,236,183 ordinary shares. The deal will see each HMC shareholder receive one new IHC share for every 4.5 HMC shares held.
