When question what if In the event if the ship build do not match the quality , he rest assure that he can always give his son a call to ship it for enhancement at yanzijiang ship building. He often able to get 8-12% profit per deal. Healthy book order in the pipeline for next 3 years (until 2028). He see little impact from The current trade war between US and China. Mr Ren highlight that given the situation the weaker ship builder without much fund might close and further market consolidation which will benefit yangzijiang in long run given the rich cash position. No news on scrip dividend as he mention it is not agenda in this AGM and if have will have another session for voting. Sale of treasury share to 5 directors at 0.72, as of today no one withdraw yet. As long no more drama from America side and trump start to back down. We should see recovery of stock price toward 0.72. Very low q on both buysell on trading. Everyone freek out and stay away from stock market including shortists.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	thxs volvo125 for such informative post. 4 ships order at slightly less then $30m is about $120m. the treasury shares sale raise $139.3m. about balance with some cash left over for other use. they are riding on the difficulties in financing ships that is not complete build. then ride on the partner shipping connections. then transfer these interest to interested parties in the holding company.  so we see them building a low cost management income business. maybe this one they intent to list later. other ship order for similar type is $32m so there is some discount of about 6-7% for the money yzjfh has and ren veteran maritime experience.

I will repeat and rinse the process, i.e., to sell high and buy low, this would further reduce my average holding cost using FIFO since those earlier purchases were at much higher prices. If I can' t buy back at low, then it' s ok, it would simply mean the position size getting smaller and the profits locked in. There again, there is a certain size that I wish to hold so this sell high and buy back low process may not continue forever if I am unable to buy back at low. I also think the deal may still be on except there is re-negotiation. Only when negotiation fail then they need to announce. I followed HVRRVH and off loaded a chunk of my holding yesterday.
