After Indonesia cut down productions of coal, coal price will go up due to higher demand. So the reason for cutting output is to boost the coal price.

(u can double check) so 4q likely 0.55c. jus opnn, who knows chair melati may be more generous as thermal coal selling at much higher now, and hiway project nearer complete.
