This QTV mgmt really very 黑 心 。 Help GEM to cover short.   EDB hold about 5%.   They are also using taxpayer money for this investment.   EDB shouldn' t have allow QTV to approach GEM for cash.   Surely EDB can link them up with our local bank for fund since now Medtronic express willingness to buy over QTV assets for US$28mil.   QTV is starting and clearly showing M$A potential liao.   But 黑 心 QTV mgmt collude with CB holders and GEM to rob shareholders.

BOD all their accompliances.   To ensure they can still get their fee, they allow shareholder to dies.   只 会 赚 黑 心 钱 。   一 群 没 有 良 心 的 黑 心 人 。

Previously when he sells off of his CB converted shares, he didn' t buy back any.   Based on this thinking, then it becomes clear that he see no future in this coy and he was right, price since tanked until 2-3cts.   So now that he sold off another chuck of his shares, most likely he will be right again so price will tanked until ????   So dont be surprise when QTV go into the 0.5-0.6cts range in the near future.   Not impossible.

Also QTV has a US$20mil fund committement from GEM.   How much has QTV used so far?   Only a fraction.   So GEM still got loads of money to earned from QTV price " movement" .

Selling off at 2.5 cents on 11 Aug 2017 of 20 million shares, if buy back now to   cover at 1.1 cent can make a profit   of $280,000 for Mr. Toe. If he has confidence in the future of the company, he should buy back.   Lol.

 Alert Admin 		It has to be going down before coming up.   So sell off first before buying back at a later stage.   Obviously if you believe they would like to play up, this will be a good chance.   But if they are going to do a suicide move, it could go down further.

-- every drop seems to be linked with the following activities

i. Selling of shares by QTV CEO at around 30 cents

ii. Selling of shares by QTV CEO at around 7.6 cents

iii. Payment of loans via shares

iv. Issue of new shares

The above seems perfectly normal for a company but with a falling share price and at current share price of 3.4 cents, how much do you think are their patents, potential of M&A, ability to create a new arena when compete with the big boys? No one know but one thing is for sure, their future looks bleak now.

 Alert Admin 		In my experience so far, whenever i put money in company which is into convertible bonds, rights, debt for shares placements....i ended up losing money.Somehow these companies always come up with new ideas which dilute share price further...no price point is lower, think the only way for them to raise cash is at the expense of retail shareholder...then how get positive returns?

 Alert Admin 		looked back at my settled positions and it was in early July this year that I traded in and out once at 2.7c, lost comms.  so it' s like almost two-thirds or 60% of share value gone in almost two months!
