Just go long on this one and be patient   :) The payback should be pretty good. SmallSmall      ( Date: 17-Jul-2017 08:55) Posted: 460,872,300 warrants were converted on 10-07-2017 of which 150,245,700 is likely is to be from director Teo Khiam Chong who has beefed up his stakes from 3.79% to 5.46% (a vote of confidence). Based on latest SGX reportings, Eddy Chng and Wang Yu Huei still holds 1,054,020,850 (12.91%) and 677,845,300 (8.7%) respectively unchanged from previous levels.  In other words, the recent sell downs in DISA is not likely to be related to any of the three shareholders listed above. John Wong transferred 200 mil to his wife on 02-05-2017 thereby reducing his stakes from 499.4 mil to 249.4 mil (6.43% to 3.57%). This raised a question mark as any sales by his wife and him (he being not a director of the company) does not warrant a reporting. Perhaps this block of shares had triggered a sell down recently?  Another possible reason would be the impending expiry of the 2017 warrant on August 2 2017.   News wise nothing adverse had surfaced.  From a trading perspective, the counter looks poised for futher rebounds.
