True faith comes from the depth of one' s research and analysis thus far - May not be 100% correct, but 80% is a good enough confidence for myself. What I know is, I have the latter. So I have no fear for that. I have put my money in this counter, prepared to leave it for up to 2 years max. Nonetheless, my target was 6 months for $0.01, and 1 years for $0.10 (ceteris paribus, with the assumption of maintaining same if not higher profits). But with the bond issue and options awarded long ago before the the new owners took over, my target has been adjusted for up to a year to achieve $0.01. For $0.10, the time frame I have no idea because now need to see how the 10 x conversions will play out (need at least the 1st conversion to see market reaction and investor' s intent).

But I believe there must be certain agenda behind it for both parties which we are not aware of - something to be mutually beneficial for sure.... And in the case for Thomson, obvious that the mutual benefit is financial gain through the convertible bond itself. If these owners are bent on just benefitting right now, and don' t care long term, 1.5 years ago, would they have changed this agreement of $100million convertible bond to a $500k share option? If people want to comment on present actions without considerations for the past actions by this group of new management, then I think it is very myopic.  Today, I give you half a glass of juice, you will kbkb. But if I had told you, this would have potentially been 1/4 glass full today if previously your mum didn' t buy a bigger bottle of juice, you would see it differently. People see what they want to see only. Some may use this against me as well, but at least i can say that I have done more detailed research and reading up to derive at certain conclusions.  Go and see the annual report for 2020 which a couple of us had brought up for discussion before. But you see the big swings and high volumee build up on bid side immediately after the sell down, and thereafter transiting from 0.002/0.003 then to 0.003/0.004. The signals are clear what was the intent of the invisible hand even after the liquidation by Premier Equity Fund.
