Thanks peterann. Ya, brilliant move by Centurion to acquire PBWA in Johore under the SJ-SEZ. PBWA is a booming business and Johore region under the SJ-SEZ is the fastest growing region. Hope ths will provide some catalyst to move up the share price.

I find the price suppression of Centurion rather odd. With the impending listing of their REITs and with the interest rates trending down (read FOMC), this one should be heading towards $2.00. Instead it is languishing at 1.73-1.74. No interest from the general investing public? Not even the 2 cents dividend? BBs - what else are you waiting for? |

There are many ' jokers' that have been going up from cents to dollars in the lasr year. Just to name a few : PropNex (78 cents to $2.30) Hong Leong Asia (80 cents to $2.56) Soilbuild (77 cents to $2.37) I am not sure why Centurion is over-rated and over value It is a well runned company with good management who wants to increase the value of the stock. Anyway, to each his own. I am vested in this - rumour or not.

Where have ' sell on news' when there wasn' t any ' buy on rumours' in the first place. Yes, I am interested and happy with the reits listing....not many interested but I am. Pouring through the shareholders circular..alot of info to digest. Great for investors of Centurion!!!!
