The stock is Koya and so many people are hurt. management is  naieve and it is like KS Lee giving the company in to his  kins to play at minority share holders cost. Wake up independent directors and do some thing not just collect fees and play to their tunes.   What happens if they cannot underwrite what they need to repay?

Founder is rather quiet but I guess he' s stuck between rock and a hard place. Now my only concern is not the rights issue, that one' s underwritten by banks so money' s in their pockets. But how about the sale and leaseback of Lewek? At this kind of oil prices, what kind haircut do they have to take, assuming there is actually a market for subsea equipment? Bear in mind Keppel corp and Semcorp have had zero oil rig orders, if I remembered correctly, since the catastrophic collapse of oil prices. Next comes the convertible bonds which potentially can dilute shareholders further. Then again, if oil price shoots back to USD100, all this is moot. Well, I guess, high risk high returns to those who are willing to put in new money.
