0309 GMT [Dow Jones] A contract from Saudi Aramco doesn' t help Ezra Holdings' (5DN.SG) shares, likely because the company doesn' t provide financial details about the contract. Ezra is down 1.8% at S$0.161 as investors continue to sell its stock following a rights issue announcement earlier. Ezra says on Wednesday that its subsea services unit EMAS AMC and a unit of India' s Larsen & Toubro (500510.BY) have won a six-year contract from the Saudi state-owned oil company to provide engineering, project management and installation services for offshore facilities such as platforms, pipelines and cables. Ezra is selling shares in the rights issue at S$0.105 apiece. The Straits Times Index is down 0.8%.

SINGAPORE (July 8): Ezra Holdings announced that its subsea services division, EMAS AMC has signed a six-year agreement with state oil company, Saudi Aramco, with exercisable options to extend for another six years, in a consortium with Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE).


Under the agreement, LTHE and EMAS AMC will execute offshore projects with Saudi Aramco that include work such as project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation and installation works (EPCI) of offshore facilities such as platforms, pipelines, submarine cables and other offshore services.

I only know charter semiconductor, creative  was sky high back in 20 years ago... Last time OCBC only a few dollar, SGX only 50 cents when launch if i not wrong. lol
