So Mr EB, based on my TA analysis made on 19 Nov. I predicted the following: 1. The price would have to go down fast and come up fast --- a flushing took place the following day on 20 Nov. After that it would break up. 2. I also predicted (TA), after breaking 1.14, the price would go up to 1.3-1.35. That was also my target price. So you can see the magic of TA on NOL..

Hope not to, since there is a deal, the risk of no deal is removed potential to drop back 80 is removed. At least, i don' t need to see the worst sad case happen again. Just hope the best price can be sold bah, then retailers can earn some or lose some only, no matter 1.1 or 1.3, I think the loss still within affordable level for retailers, at the same time, the gain is good enough for a good christmas.

I see offer px is ard 1.30 as nol was trade ard 1.19-1.24 range n volumme was much lower compare to ard 1.0x range time. Well depend whether TH is depress to sell nt. If nt then deal cnx.... |

Any price, even at NAV, is good for those who have been vested recently. I think it's important to be contented while trading some times. Of course, we all expects (still) good prices, but if things don't go our way, we should still celebrate the win.
Don't see how an offer of 1.30 is worth weeping, nor why EB is celebrating --you're still wrong if the offer is 1.3. :) |

NOL lowest this year is below 80, now is 1.225, a potential offer price is 1.1 to 1.3, what retailers really expect? 2? 3? or 4? come on, please be realistic, NOL is still lose making for 4 years, even this year, next year, next next year will continue to make loss since their cost cutting plan is not working at all. No deal mean what? back to 80, simply because of potential loss keep rolling. So, if TH manage to sell NOL which is lose making around 1.1 to 1.3, please give applaud to them, they have done their best to sell NOL at best price already.

$1.30 a reasonable price. Yes its below NAV but this line of business has not been very profitable. TH lelong so long liao.... lets hope the deals goes thru... will the sale be immediate effect?
