Not sure why the price is so depressed.  Healthcare counters is always good to invest, as the country grow affluent, people needs medical care.   Furthermore, Singapore is looking to increase her population further to 6.9 mil, so the patient load will also increase.   Alot of companies tie up with HMC if you guys notice, hence the investors have to be patient for this gem to grow. Vested.

I sold Healthway shares the next day after the conversion announcement .
