x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Whenever people make good money on any stock those that have lost out feel bitter and want to talk down the stock - unfortunately this is futile and stems from sheer jealousy - in this case of people who bought it $3.28-$3.30 before it went to $4.02 on the next trading day - just ignore them and buy on fundamentals- the delisting is worth $4.11 and the dividend in top is worth 9c - just hold and make money while those who didn?t buy earlier remain bitter - ignore their bitterness and stay with the long positions. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The rise and fall of the share price for CAPLAND and CLIM, should strictly depend on fundamentals, namely global economic growth and financials.   My general conclusion is as follows:  1.   The current strong and sustainable economic growth of both US and China should give impetus for global economic recovery in 2022 and beyond 2.   The end of the COVID-19 pandemic is in sight given the global push for mass production of the vaccines and the high number of vaccinations that has been administered.   India' s problem is probably due to a failed leadership and a corrupt government and 3.   The next 4 years under the Biden' s administration should bring back global normalcy, stability and predictability.
