Oceanus submitted an application as you said on 13 April 2021. It has now been exactly 12 Weeks or 83 Days since the submission of the application. Surely SGX has to work faster than this or give a timeline. As shareholders and retail market participants, there' s publuc interest to understand what is causing the delay or holdup on a decision being made. 
 
We do hope to hear an answer asap. Thank you.

 Alert Admin 		You are right. But not all people can learn from their mistake. They can not differentiate between share consolidation and  share split or bonus issue. Thought all are good news.

I had gone through Pan Electric /Clob/blumont saga, I believe I am   more   than experienced to comment on these issues with experience   and not from books or charts.  I am just hoping retail investors will not be scammed and ruled  by emotion tactics  of manipulators.
Worked out    the amount of monies the retail investors had lost and the speculators had gained during the recent &ldquo pump and dump &ldquo , false accounting saga.
The company should    pursue &ldquo all legal avenues&rdquo including criminals to stop all these unfounded rumors.
  One of the impending task ahead of the company is to strength the financials standing of the company . In my opinion, this is not he time to talk about share consolidation until the company is in a much better financial position.  The company directors had alresady mentioned in the annual report 2020 that the outlook of the company in the medium and long term is still unccertain in view of the current convid 19 pandemic.  But this cuurent pandemic vonvid19 greatly profit some companies and destroyed others. Let us be impatient and wait for the result. 
At EPS between 3 to 4 cent, on what basis are they going to value the new share price  The price of the new shares must be right and there must be a basis to arrive at a new share price.  SGXco is not going to approve something pick   from the air. And they must ascertain there is enough public float  after conversion. 
 
I suggest the retail investors to do your own due  diligent. Don&rsquo t panic because of these rumors. If you are uncomfortable,  write o the company cc to SGXco to confirm rumours.  . They will respond. This is your stake, you must take charge.

I just want to ensure that the retail investors are not ruled by emotions tactics employed by certain individuals. I
 
All these information can be found in their filings. To ally the retail investors, I preproduce certain relevant statements made by the company.
  1. When can we know the company' s application to exit from watch list is successful? What are the chances of exit from the watchlist
We believe we have met stipulated criteria and therefore put forth an application to SGX to exit the watchlist
 
Any plans for share consolidation?
 
At this current stage, our key priority is to build on the fundamentals of each of the Group' s business segment, with a view of considering such corporate actions when the Group reaches a level of size and stability

 Alert Admin 		Greg, i agree with u. I believe in this Company to do very well. Definitely not any consolidation for now..

I am also querying SGX, so called world class trading centre...i hope they really speed uo the progress to prove their efficiency as world class! We shall see how much longer they are going to release the news to us...so the more ppl questioning them, the better.. since it is taking so long....

I hope to see this above $0.06 soon! For the believer!

 Alert Admin 		Are you aware of what could happens when it consolidate now..? There have been much cases where price dropped further as there is meat to chop .. so if we reduce everything by a zero to say 37 cents.. it could well be below 30cents soon.. I have experience it for a few holdings that I have.. so dun rejoice if they consolidate ...Can be up and also can be down
