x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Recovered to 87. Not too bad.  Took the opportunity to grab from ready sellers. This is a strong fundamental stock. The sell down not as bad as property. My property counters all kena hammered left right.  This q3 and q4 results for ssg are expected to be better than previous year. The main catalysts are: 1. Depreciation of RM (about 12% since aug 2014) and Rupiah (about 3% since aug 2014). Currency depreciation serves to bring down the cost of sales which bumps up the gross margins. In q2, the margins already hit 25.2%. With cheaper grocery imports, the gross margins have more room to rise. RM continues to be weak with the domestic issues.  2. Crude oil continues to be cheap. 41 usd liao. This also brings down the cost of transportation and helps to up the bottom line profits. 3. 38 outlets are operating as of today, compared to 33 last year aug 2015. This gives potentially 15% more reach to consumers and will surely translate to higher revenues and net profits.  4. By end of 2015, the additional 5 outlets will have contributed significantly to q3 and q4 results, as compared to 2014. The coming q4 xmas season will likely observe more sales activity. End December 2015, the CNY sales will start to kick in. 38 outlets at year end and effect of CNY sales will quite likely add more to bottomline than the 33 outlets at end of Dec 2014 (I exclude the one outlet which commenced ops at end of 2014 which was unlikely to have contributed materially to group results). 5. Then SSG is aiming for 50 stores in the next few years. That gives 31.5% more reach to consumers compared to today' s 38 stores.  6. Population has been growing at CAGR of 2% for the past 10 years. More population also translates to greater sales prospects.  There is plenty of certainty and this stock is a keeper. The sell down is buying opportunity. Fundamentally the company is very strong but the stock price is now expensive from a valuation perspective, having had a good run since 2011,  and it is more prudent to wait for a correction before going in. http://www.investark.com/Analysis67shengsiong2q15.html
