x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Basically, semb marine needs cash and semb crop don?t want bad debt so better off for semi marine. As semb marine business is unpredictable, better off to demerge sci from semb marine. And it will not be good for semb marine in the short run if the cashing out of shares from sci is significant but if semb marine shares recover after the sell off, then no difference and in fact a great piece of business for semb marine as it get its debt of $1.5b loan from sci written off.

SM shares will b diluted ....BUT 5R at 0.20 each for every one SM share now ...which work out to aro 0.30 each  SO its very unlikely current SM shareholders sell below this 20c price ........which the lowest I used in calculation of SCI worth . 2. SKYworth ....u hv a good point .....I strongly agree that is what Kep n SM going to do ....which was why someone here mentioned  about the new CEO taking over .......after Kep Corp control /  I am not surprise semb M will be merge into it  First SCI gain by cutting out SM  Kep n SM will gain w economy of scale when they both merge into one . SCI is worse off and semb marine is better off semb marine right issue (GG for all holders at high- never coming back) but luckily write of 1.5BILLION of loans from SCI. SCI basically cut loss and loan written off as " bad debt" but as investment in sembmarine. yes become more lean but at the same time SCI holds more of semb marine which in turns SCI holders whilst getting free shares have to either pump money or rights if semb marine needs more due to holdings and who is to say no more loans? mother lend son very common even if " de-merged" . basically i see it as semb marine rerating to better debt class semb industry rerate to worse off due to lower cash flow but net net maybe higher due to consolidation. sci looks good now.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Anyone that sells under $2.38 the lowest valuation is kind of silly. So they can open pre market and trading at $1.77 or $1.53. Just sit tight and you can make money on this. By not selling you will make $85 minimum then why sell for anything under that. Good luck everyone we will hopefully have a bull run on SCI till september
