x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My understanding is not raising additional funds through rights for SMM. A transfer of control. Basically retiring loan facility from SCI 1.5billion into rights. Yes it will dilute SMM share price but in terms of balance sheet , SMM more positive with equity financing I feel price drop not more than 20 percent as the rights issue is not to raise addional funds . Anyone out there ,may enlightened me?

Win-Win situation. NAV will go up further if it's growth in the profit-making sectors progress. Won't be dragged along by SM in the years ahead.
