Who will believe that it was mismanaged and subsequently have to sell at lelong price. Many retails lost big time. Govt companies became complacent after a period of time unless there is a shake up. There is no guarantee that GLCs won' t file for bankcruptcy. Look at SMM is another classic example. Therefore, investing in govt' s companies is also not a risk-free.
