Plus some LNG upgrade/ conversion projects and cruise ship repair work (No.1 in the world), then enough to do til end of 2023. Flooded with too much cash, Sembmarine is able to provide financing of USD450mil to Transocean to aid the completion of the two high spec drillships. Major deliveries in H2 2021 and H1 2022 to increase cash holding by about S$1 billion. 19th March Friday close- 16.0 cents (Delivered Karmol Africa FSRU) 26th March Friday close- 16.2 cents (UK Sofia cleared FID) 1st April close- 18.5 cents (Commenced design work for WTIV and Ocean living vessel, pending FID) 9th April Friday close- 20 cents 16th April Friday close- 20.5 cents 23rd April Friday close- 20.5 cents (won sustainability award, donated S$10mil to maritime decarbonisation fund and commenced hydrogen fuel cell testing with Shell) 30th April Friday close- 21.0 cents (Delivery of the 2 Transocean drillships delayed to End 21 and Q2 22 respectively) 7th May Friday close- 19.8 cents (Secured long-term repair/upgrade contract with European cruise ship owner) 14th May Friday close- 17.9 cents 21st May Friday close- 18.7 cents 28th May Friday close- 20 cents 4th June Friday close- 20 cents 11th June Friday close- 20 cents (providing financing to Transocean for Deepwater Titan & Atlas and secured Gallaf 3 contract worth about S$500mil) 18th June Friday close- 19 or 21 cents??? this should happen in billion dollar companies, look at sia, went up 15% since issuance of mcb, smm has not issued further rights etc, trust them being a worldwide oil/gas company with TH as shareholder
