Based on that number, excess right share (if there  will be) will be allocated proportionally, odds will be disregarded, simple and FAIR. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My experience with rights is that you can still apply for excess as long as you were originally the registered shareholders alloted some rights that you sold off and re purchased back.   Buying back re-established yourself as the registered shareholder that was originally alloted the rights entitlement.
