Umm, come to think of it, if 27 million shares & equivalent 10% reqd to tip the votes and @ 13 cts is only $3.5 million, why doesn' t the director scoop it up and keep his $1.6 million p.a. job ? Good luck

looks like afternoon, this counter flushing will be over and the board will start their 2nd EGM proceeding soon....counter party to the board most likely will scoop up the numbers so that they will have a majority shareholding for the fight.....Just my thinking, please advise if my point is wrong, thanks |
