EXERCISE OF CALL OPTION

The Board wishes to announce that the Company and WRH had, on 16 September 2022, entered into a second supplemental deed to the Agreement (the & ldquo Second Supplemental Deed& rdquo ) with the Purchasers to amend and supplement certain terms of the Agreement (as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Deed), following a change in the proportion in relation to the recipient of the Option Shares, and the Purchasers had, on the same day, exercised the Call Option for the Vendor and WRH to sell to CTP the Option Shares at the New Issue Price for each Option Share.

The European Securitization Fund had converted their tenth and final convertible shares at 1.7c on 29 April 22.

Following the supplemental deed on the revised issue price from IDR 70 to IRD 67 for the S$3.5m Options Shares for Mr Ong Kok Heng and Data Sri Chong Thim Pheng. Coupled with the production of gold dore from the leaching pool, the Group should have sufficient fund to see through the commercial production of the 500tpd Production Facilities.

Now all is ready, just waiting for the East Wind.

Project Milestone Update I of PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk.

The Board of Directors (BOD) of PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (the Company and together with its subsidiaries, the & Group ) refers to the FY2021 Annual Report released on 31 May 2022 and the Mid-Year Update released on July 22, 2022, and wishes to provide an update to shareholders on the progress of the development of the 500tpd Flotation and Carbon-In-Leach Processing Facility (500tpd Processing Facility) at the Ciemas Gold Project.

The BOD wishes to advice that the installation and testing of the main & supporting machineries and equipment has been completed (1st Milestone ).

Following the completion of the 1st Milestone, the Group shall commence the individual commissioning of the main & supporting machineries and equipment of the processing facility ( 2nd Milestone ). Barring unforeseen circumstances, the BOD expects the completion of the 2nd Milestone to be by mid-October 2022.
