x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	when they say they offer to pay 70% of the NAV of 99 cents, do note that the assets are likely under valued so the true NAV is higher than what is on the annual report. Take the hotel in Alexander, they are reopening that hotel very soon with a new in-house brand which they have intention to expand. There are many plans in the works that will enhance the assets of the company in the short term ahead. 72 cents is a low offer.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	' Very low ball offer with Singhaiyi' ?  Back then, they offered a price which represents a  21.8% discount to the company' s net asset value per share of S$0.1496 as at end-September 2021. As for CES,    their offer of $0.72 translates to a discount of 27.3% when compared with CES' s group net asset value of $0.9906 as at end-June 2022. It is a win win cooperation.  Anyway, I have only 100k units and no intention to sell unless they up the price to above 90 cts or best $1.00  Look at it this way, in business, all business man will try all way to get max profits. They eat the meat and left the bone to you and me.
