They just announced this morning that making a private placement of 250 mil share at a price of 0.009 per share to another investor. Both placements, they explicitly said that they "were approached" or investor "expressed interest". The prices has gone up from 0.6 to 0.9 cents. Subsequently the share price of JEL went up multiple times before it was finally renamed GSH. Incidentally, HLH' s market capital is now about $40 mil sparing it from consolidation under the revised SGX MTP rule :) Have fun
