Valencia is a blessed City, with immense potential, especially in Tourism. Ibiza is nearby.

No wonder there were so many high profile bidders in the bidding for Valencia CF. 

The challenge is : networking and realtionships building with the local govt and policy makers. 

then the Sky is the Limit. 

Malaysian tycoons very good in this networking, e.g. in Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, even HK and China

So Fact is :

Valencia CF have 2 Stadiums now. One is Mestalla Stadium, the other is Nou Mestalla. 

If they developed Nou Mestalla, then extra stadium Mestalla how ? 

If they keep Mestalla, then Nou Mestalla site how ? 

No logic in keeping 2 big stadiums. 

I think they will develop the Stadium that is further away from the City Center Area, thus leaving the other site for ....

And look at BCEG projects track records, they have very good experience and accomplishments in Stadiums Projects. 

I won' t be surprised if one day they are involved in the Nou Mestalla (Football Stadium) Project. 

Year 1919 : Valencia CF established.

Year 2019: Valencia FC 100th Year Anniversary. 

A lot of fans are expecting a grand club celebrations in 2019. They are saying new football stadium could be part of it.

So Fact is :

but if both of you are stock brokers trying to team up with a lot and then try to manipulate the markets... ......then better worry

I am very confident St Michael' s Project will be a Great Great Success. 99.99% confirmed and double-confirmed if you wanna make it Singaporean style.

Example :

Ryan Giggs just by showing up his face in HK (if they do launch it in HK) I tell you, the publicity and demand will be pent up so high.

Giggsy is immensely popular in HK.
