For investors who are based here and not familiar with them, they arent going to own the stock.

In both cases they are sitting on a huge pile of cash (in this case pretty much the entire mkt cap), but the underlying businesses makes profits and growing fast. Also the cash balance is just sitting there largely unused ignoring this they run positive working capital positions so clearly they should be valued at a premium to book.

Late last year they did a secondary listing on SGX and now they are in the process of changing their primary listing to SGX and cancelling their HKEX listing.
