REITS and TRUSTS at historic AVERAGE lows.... if not now, then when? With low prices, even without increase in dpu, yields will be at historic average highs ..... if not now, then when? REITS or TRUSTS are no where near its ATH, or trading at their average highs, gains will be attractive...... if not now, then when? Theres always reasons market is interested in REITS and TRUSTS, for one, it can be used as hedge against any falling banks prices, not that it will happen but always an insurance..... plus the impending drop in interest rates will add reasons to add.... if not now, when?
