Daily vol is low and those in need of money or pessimistic ones are selling. Luckily not much. Pity those recent placement holders who got it at 0.0335 as today has fallen to 0.033. Geneal market sentiment is also poor. No big boys pushing, this stock could be die-road-one-way gone case stock! KNS! |

" The board of directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has received a statutory demand notice under section 254(2)(a) of the Companies Act (Chapter 50) from lawyers acting for First Gulf Bank, whereby First Gulf Bank is claiming for the repayment of the sum of AED55,499,630.63 under the Irrevocable Corporate Guarantee dated 1 December 2012 given by the Company in favour of the First Gulf Bank in respect of the sum of money owed by CNA Integrated Technologies LLC to First Gulf Bank in connection with certain credit facilities.
