Penny stock movement always starts in a stealth mode surreptitiously creeping up and when news out, it will break out and early movers will stand to gain. My little advice is buy early and not when news out.
Acts of insiders colluding with some bb. Construction industry should be up and stable. This should be one of the beneficiaries. |

Yesterday they sold at 0.8 cents whole day, last min buy 100 share done at 0.9 cents and lure " gon gon" ppl buy 0.8 cents today so that they can throw down again. 0.9 cents at 100 share, brokages rate is higher than the share price lor.
