x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	UE recent pattern is up 2-3% one day, then -1% next day, then up 2-3%, etc. Also it seems to be influenced by STI, and recently STI also strangely weak and limp. Waiting for earnings catalyst tmr anyway. Sold a bit and bot a bit today. Today UE bears want to collect $, no hope it seems. Buyers also dont bother put up a fight.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	overall market sentiment today is profit-taking. dont forget today is the CNY 8th day, not sure if such things can influence market behaviour. but overall still well done for this counter, so long as 2.77 to 2.80 region is supported.

x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	Valuation of the assets is a subjective matter but cash is a certain item. Anyway, today' s close near high is a very good sign and it cleared the 2.85 mark. Will be looking for the 3 first and then it can be anything upwards from there. But buyer probably wouldn' t want the price to keep running up which would dilute the premium of the bid price. If you could prove to the bank that after you buy the condo, you can take out the 800k inside the room, do you think that will change the willingness of the bank to finance your purchase?
