Btw, what has SGX got to do with private companies? Isn' t SGX just a place for trading public listed companies?

Can u please tell us where did u read the part that says sgx does not recognize the swap of old shares to new? If that is so, Lucid/ fluyd/ New Noble management would not be doing all these.

Next page, there are 4 sub-tabs (&ldquo Main Details&rdquo , &ldquo Contact Details&rdquo , &ldquo Bank Details&rdquo and &ldquo KYC Documents&rdquo ). Taking each of those tabs in turn, follow the instructions below: Main Details: Complete the shareholder&rsquo s date of birth (not applicable for Corporations) Set VAT (Value Added Tax) location. Note for most investors this will be " Outside of the EU" Select investor type (i.e. retail or institutional) and select US investor if based in the United States. Contact details: Click on &ldquo Add FC BO Contact&rdquo and complete the necessary fields. Ensure to tick the box " Use for billing" . This is necessary in case Fluyd needs to charge any administrative fees pursuant to an action taken in the future (like requesting an official statement of holdings or buying additional shares). Fluyd will NOT take any payments from shareholders without their prior explicit approval. Bank details: Complete the necessary information. This information is requested in order to be able to provide shareholders with any future distributions (for example cash dividends.) Again, Fluyd will NOT use these details to take any payments from shareholders. KYC Documents: Provide a proof of identity and a proof of address. Once all these steps have been completed, click on &ldquo Edit&rdquo at the bottom of the page.

Or to B.A.C.S (as Singapore share transfer agent). Our local transfer agent should put some effort to contact local eretailer' s telphone or mobile HP numbers or we can visit them with our I.D. with our SGX monthly statement mah.

However, I find alot more questions requesting to further verify on retail share account holder for confirmation and have to go through a maze of repeat questioning. It is a hassle. Just send us an authorise official note to approve they (SGX) has all our information, including Bank account numbers. If they wish. They can exclude bank account numbers. For infomation only. All (old) current Noble existing share is held by Singapore SGX (Share account holders) regulation authority and by SGX - Central Depository (CDP). Since Noble is suspended every month and SGX have all our share held in CDP account. Can' t they assist and or send to Fluyd an official note confirming all or comprising those 3,000 or more all those retail names. By way of communication with Fluyd. Don' t just wash their hand without carry out their duties.. |

How can sgx send privacy info to 3rd party? In fact I don?t know why they need bank account info. These are confidential.

Them. Once and for all. SGX and it Exchange, Central Depository (CDP) Authority should send them a note that this are the retail share holder names and account to Fluyd

Once u hv been verified, u would hv already received ur shares. My friends n i hv already received ours. For those who hv their shares in their name n need help, should ask friends, relatives or their brokerage firm/ broker for assistance. |

Not only you don't understand ....... There are also many old uncles and aunties who have bought this shares which have limited English , computer knowledge . Who assist them ? Now become only 20% value . Maybe they just write off ???
