i mostly involve in sti counters and reits and some others like semb marine, gambling stocks i don touch. even genting i also scare, this kind of stock is manipulative

don' t buy those cheap but not steady stock la..cheap stock sometimes chiong even less in%, there' s still bunch of stocks to monitor all sti stock and reits worth to watch except few pls dont touch, eg golden agri hph oue com oue hospitality keb kbs

for all the stocks..i think frasers cpt trust is the safest and my top pick..fraser cpt operate mall in suburb area...the business model is very sustaining and defensive again market drop.. frasers cpt is better than capitaland mall trust for now...because the price drop so much after xd |
