x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	from the 1st report the licence is renewable every 3 years since 2008 and has to be submitted every 3 years, present licence expires 2017. China goes everywhere to secure its resources and CT being a PRC, a naturalised citizen insisted on going ahead with the REO mining believing that licence is a procedural step to bringing up the reo from the ground to the moon. it looks like he is also waiting for the renewal of the licence before any meaningful funds raising/violent activity of the shares.

According to this article (https://news.mongabay.com/2017/11/another-blow-to-troubled-madagascar-rare-earth-mine/ ) the Malagasy company does not have any rights on the rare earth concession since almost 1 year ! Quote from the article: " Yet TREM currently has no permit of any kind the company&rsquo s exploration permit expired in January (2017) and although it applied for a permit renewal last December (i.e. 2016), the government has yet to issue one nearly a year later." I wonder whether SGX is aware of this situation...

He has gone ahead to do a 3rd valuation report on the rare earth mine in Madagascar... although the valuation of the mine/reserves dived from over US$1b to US$40m, he proved to all shareholders and himself before he goes ahead to acquire the 60% stake in REO Magnetic that owns the concessions of this mine.    ticktock      ( Date: 22-Nov-2017 15:24) Posted: Why not?
